Refund policy
We, at VANA KAUAI, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
• All exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on vanakauai.com. We do not refund for the cost of shipping, unless we have sent an item in error.
•Store credits may be used towards purchases on vanakauai.com or a customized version of an item on our website.
• Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with the original VANA KAUAI pouch. You’ll also need the receipt.
•Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.
•Gift Card purchases cannot be refunded.
•Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the senders expense).
•VANA KAUAI reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return of any item that does. not meet the above requirements.
Exchange Process for Orders:
•Place your jewelry in a shipping box along with your approved exchange form.
•Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging.
•Please ship the item back to us insured for the full amount using shipper of your choice.
•For domestic orders you will be charged shipping on your new order.
To request an exchange: please go to our contact page and send us an email with your return request and we will get back to you within 1 business day.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be issued a store credit for the purchase price of the item excluding original shipping fees.
